Current year’s budget

The Hampsted Village Association Board of Trustees gathers annually to prepare a budget for the coming year. The income is based on the assessments collected from the homeowners. Expenses are based on various upcoming projects and routine maintenance of the grounds and amenities. Below is the budget for the current year.

Reserve Study

The Reserve Study provides a projection for repairs and/or replacement spread over the next 5 years. This helps the board to budget accordingly. Below is the most recent reserve study.
